2 This house is a good location just steps away from the beach and we loved that! Even so, it is actually in intense need of updating. Every part of this house needs some TLC. Previous reviews outlined the outdoor spigot not working - it can be still not working. Hence the house received a lot of sand in it.Rosin is considered the 24K gold standard
